RV Camping Lifestyle

Why are so many people getting the urge to go RV camping? Well, for some it’s an opportunity to reunite with friends and family. For others, it’s just a reason to get away from the humdrum of the daily grind. Getting back to nature and the feeling of freedom one has is hard to describe.

One of our favorite moments is when we climb into old "Sweet Bessie" after days, or sometimes weeks, of planning - we fire up the engine and a feeling of exhilaration comes over us as we first turn out onto the highway and, okay - this is the “corny part,” we start singing that old song by Willie Nelson “On The Road Again.” You just can’t help but be in a good mood knowing all your troubles are behind you and you instantly feel like this is what life is all about.

Of course, traveling in your RV isn’t all fun and excitement. There are challenges along the way and that is why we started this website. We hope by sharing some of our adventures over the past 13 years of traveling around this beautiful nation of ours that you may avoid some of the same pitfalls we did.
